What is your return/refund policy?
Since each order is personalized and made just for you, we do not accept returns due to customer error. However, if we made a mistake, we’ll make it right and send you a replacement at no cost.
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us at support@tellmytale.com with a photo of the issue and your order number. We guarantee to send you a replacement, but refunds cannot be provided as the courier is responsible for transit-related damages.
For cancellations, you have 24 hours after placing your order to request changes or cancel it. After that, we are unable to cancel, as your order will have moved into production.
Our granddaughters loved their personalized ballerina books. We gifted them their books after this year’s dance recital. Our youngest 2 yr old granddaughter Ivy saw the cover and immediately yelled, “Ivy!!!” as she pointed to the picture of herself on the cover. She smiled and laughed as she leafed through her book. Felicity, our 5 yr old granddaughter’s eyes sparkled and face glowed and with a smile on her face she looked through the entire book.
