After 24 hours, we start printing, but we’ll still do our best to help however we can.
How long will my book take to arrive?
Once you approve your preview, we’ll start printing right away. Your personalized storybook will arrive at your door in 5–10 business days. 📚💨
What’s your return or refund policy?
Each book is made just for your child, so we’re not able to accept returns for things like name typos or changes in design.

Our granddaughters loved their personalized ballerina books. We gifted them their books after this year’s dance recital. Our youngest 2 yr old granddaughter Ivy saw the cover and immediately yelled, “Ivy!!!” as she pointed to the picture of herself on the cover. She smiled and laughed as she leafed through her book. Felicity, our 5 yr old granddaughter’s eyes sparkled and face glowed and with a smile on her face she looked through the entire book. As we read the story, Felicity kept nodding her head in agreement to what feelings she experienced before, during and after her recital performance. Both books were absolutely perfect. Thank you for helping us give our granddaughters the best gift ever.

My daughter Brianna is a big fan of Huntrix (K-pop) group. We read the book every other night. Brianna loves to see herself in the book, the costumes and performing.
My grandson was so happy and excited when the book was delivered. He immediately opened the box since he has been waiting for it. The book has beautiful illustration and its creativity allows my grandson to imagine his presence in the world of dinosaurs. He loves dinosaurs since he was 2 years old. He has a bunch of dinosaurs toys collection and this book, The World of Dinosaurs is a very special gift for him. I was completely blown away by this book when it came in the mail. Jaxton was charmed with it…… after reading it, yet once again, before bed, he asked his mom to “put it up on top of his dresser to keep it safe“.
The quality of the book is first class and the content is wonderfully done. Superheroes help with chores and sometimes superheroes are sad or quiet. Superheroes help their friends. All wonderful things for little superheroes to think about.
